A special plan was prepared for the development of Shrikshetra Dehu , Alandi , Pandharpur and Palkhital Marg on the occasion of the fourth centenary of Sant Shrestha Shri Tukaram Maharaj. This development plan was approved in principle by the Cabinet on May 13 , 2009, and later, as per the Government Decision dated June 2 , 2009, a development plan of Rs. 450.00 crore was approved. As per the Government Decision dated June 15, 2011, a revised plan of Rs. 512.66 crore was approved . Thereafter, as per the Government Decision dated September 12 , 2014, a revised plan of Rs. 109 4.89 crore was approved after reviewing it in the Summit Committee . The revised plan included work to provide basic facilities at Shrikshetra Dehu , Alandi , Bhandara Dongar , Nevasa , Pandharpur and Palkhi Marg . According to the government decision dated November 13 , 2018 The plan of Rs. 1303.85 crore was approved. The summary of the current financial and physical status is as follows .

Ashtavinayak Ganesha Renovation of temples Development Plan –

The development plan for the renovation of Ashtavinayak Ganapati temples has received administrative approval for a fund of Rs. 92.19 crore as per the government decision dated 10/10/2024 of the Planning Department of the Government .

This includes the following Ganapati temples.
Pune District – Morgaon , Theur , Ozar , Ranjangaon.
Raigad District – Mahad and Pali.
Ahilyanagar District – Siddhatek.
This includes a total of seven Ganapati temples .
